Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Roussaw, married August 8, 1998 exemplify the portrait of a Christ-centered and Christian-based marriage. They are the proud parents of one daughter and the loving grandparents of four grandchildren.
Dwight and Deidra responded to God’s call to participate in a marriage ministry in 2004. They began their journey by serving in leadership roles which included an Assistant Vice-President position for the Sharon Baptist Church Marriage Ministry in Philadelphia , Pa. under the leadership of Bishop Keith W. Reed, Sr. Dwight & Deidra are currently Ministers of Marriage at The Resurrection Center in Wilmington , Delaware

This dynamic duo husband and wife team are the founders of TWOgether Marriages®, a non-profit organization that offers personalized counseling, coaching and mentoring programs. Additional programs fostering healthy relationships will include successful dating protocols and annual marriage retreats local, national & international. Dwight and Deidra are passionate about their vision of providing a faith-based coaching ministry; applying God’s principles for marriage and offering both dating and married couples a biblical framework and platform for a spiritual and healthy relationship.
Dwight & Deidra are authors of The Master Marriage Makeover, journeying from ceremony to matrimony. Their book will be available later this year.
Dwight & Deidra are also the owners of Kairi's Travel®, which is a full service travel agency consisting of over 12 trained, certified and experienced travel consultants. They have been serving the travel industry since 1997. Their calling is Christian “group” & “couple” escorted tours. Both are experts in Caribbean and Cruise travel. Their expertise is priceless and their services are complimentary. They are destination wedding specialists, certified Sandals & Beaches WeddingMoon specialists, Disney College of Knowledge graduates and members of CTO (Caribbean Tour Organization) and CLIA (Cruise Line International Associates). CLIA affiliate cruise lines include but are not limited to Celebrity, Disney, Norwegian, Princess and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
